1/4 Beef
A 1/4 Beef consists of 1/4 of all the cuts from a whole beef.
You will receive an average of 100 to 125 pounds of beef.
The cost is $10 per pound.
Example: 100 lbs. x $10 – $300 = $700
(Note: To secure your 1/4 beef, a deposit of $300 is required and non-refundable.
The remaining cost of the beef is due upon pick-up.)
Cuts include: Tenderloin, T Bone and Porterhouse (or Ny Strip and Tenderloin), Sirloin, Ribeye, Steak Tips, Flap and Skirt, Chuck Eye Steak, Flat Iron, Denver, Roasts, Short Ribs, Kabobs, Stew and ground (bones and organ meat available)
1/2 Beef
A 1/2 beef consists of one-half of all the cuts from a whole beef.
You will receive an average of 200 to 250 pounds of beef.
The cost is $9 per pound.
Example: 200 lbs. x $9 – $600 = $1200
(Note: To secure your 1/2 beef, a deposit of $600 is required and non-refundable.
The remaining cost of the beef is due upon pick-up.)

A whole beef consists of all the cuts from a whole beef.
You will receive an average of 400 to 500 pounds of beef.
The cost is $8 per pound.
Example: 400 lbs. x $8 – $1000 = $2200
